50 Cent Wins Legal Battle to Seize $1M Mansion from Former Exec — Then Returns to Trolling Diddy

Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is proving once again that he’s not the guy you want to cross — especially when it comes to business. After years of legal wrangling, the rapper-turned-mogul has officially won the right to seize the $1 million Connecticut home of a former executive at his liquor company, Sire Spirits, who embezzled millions.

A federal judge last week lifted a stay on the property, allowing 50 Cent’s team to take action as partial payment on a $7 million judgment against Mitchell Green, the disgraced ex-employee. Green admitted back in 2020 to running a kickback scheme that defrauded the company behind Branson Cognac and Le Chemin du Roi Champagne—two luxury brands under Jackson’s empire.
“Mess with me and I’ll take your house,” 50 never quite said — but his legal actions are doing all the talking.

Years in the Making

It took over four years of legal moves, arbitration, and bankruptcy filings before 50’s team finally got the green light. Green’s bankruptcy filing in 2023 had temporarily protected the house from seizure, but lawyers for Sire Spirits argued that there was no equity in the home, making it fair game for creditors.

The bankruptcy judge agreed. Now, the $1 million property in Westport, Connecticut, will be credited toward the $7 million Green owes — a figure that includes damages, legal fees, and interest.

50 Cent Keeps His Foot on the Gas… and Diddy in His Sights

Despite staying relatively quiet about the courtroom win, 50 Cent hasn’t slowed down when it comes to roasting another figure in hip-hop headlines — Sean “Diddy” Combs. The mogul, currently embroiled in a federal sex trafficking and conspiracy trial, was back in the news after his former assistant Capricorn Clark testified about Combs allegedly threatening 50 with talk of guns after an MTV event.

50, never one to let a moment slide, took to Instagram with his usual brand of mockery:
“CUT, CUT… Wait a minute PUFFY’s got a gun, I can’t believe this I don’t feel safe… LOL.”

He followed that with another post showing himself looking panicked in a Yankees cap, captioned:
“Oh my goodness itty bitty Diddy wants me Dead, I have to lay low, I think I’m gonna hide out at the playoff game tonight LOL.”

A Cold Businessman with a Warm Sense of Petty

Jackson, now known as much for his trolling as his business savvy, continues to show that he’s a master of both public shade and private wins. With the seizure of the $1 million home now underway, and a Netflix docuseries about Diddy in the works under his executive production, 50 Cent is living proof that revenge is a dish best served… legally.

And in 50’s world, there’s always time for a side of comedy.
