Wynonna Judd stood there, her voice trembling but full of strength, as if each line was mending her own broken heart and that of millions. Together with Ashley, she not only paid tribute to her mother – Naomi Judd – but also offered a sweet prayer to all those who have lost someone.

“Love Can Build A Bridge” sounded like a miracle, where love transformed into each note to soothe the pain. And then, at the end of the video, when Wynonna stopped singing, the magic happened – the entire auditorium lit up with an emotional chorus from the guests below, as if embracing her with music, with love.

Watching Wynonna lift everyone up in the most painful moment, people could not help but shed tears at that gentle strength. Perhaps it is love, not time, that truly heals the deepest wounds.

During the “Naomi Judd: A River of Time Celebration” held at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Wynonna Judd performed “Love Can Build A Bridge” as an emotional farewell to her late mother – Naomi Judd. This was the last song the mother and daughter performed together at the CMT Music Awards in April 2022, just weeks before Naomi passed away.
